you. Summary: This role serves as the primary technical support
resource, acting as the first point of contact for both on-site and
remote staff while managing daily helpdesk operations. In addition
to delivering world-class customer service and advanced technical
support, you will work closely with the IT Manager on strategic IT
projects and initiatives designed to enhance our overall IT
ecosystem. We are seeking a highly versatile IT professional with
broad technical expertise in networking, cloud services,
cybersecurity, and end-user support, capable of addressing
immediate challenges and driving long-term technological
improvements. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site and allowing
remote working opportunities once the successful candidate
demonstrates independent competency within the requirements of the
role.Essential Duties:
- First Point of Contact & Helpdesk Oversight:
- Serve as the primary contact for all technical support
inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues for
staff at all levels, including C-Level executives.
- Oversee daily helpdesk operations, coordinating with IT Manager
to uphold exceptional service standards and rapid issue
resolution.
- Broad Technical Support & System Management:
- Deliver advanced support across a diverse IT landscape that
includes on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Azure,
GGP), ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost
efficiency.
- Enhance Microsoft Intune management by utilizing it as our
adopted MDM solution. This includes creating and managing
compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Windows Autopilot
settings for streamlined device provisioning,
- ensuring endpoints remain secure, updated, and fully
compliant.
- Install, configure, deploy and maintain servers, endpoints,
leveraging Microsoft Intune for effective endpoint management.
- Serve as a central escalation point for Managed Detection and
Response (MDR) services, coordinating rapid responses to security
incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking,
cloud services, and cybersecurity, drawing on your comprehensive
technical expertise.
- Monitor both on-premises and cloud data, ensuring system
integrity, robust data protection and that the DR plan remains
effective.
- Infrastructure & Ecosystem Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to plan, implement, and manage
broader IT projects and initiatives that enhance our overall IT
ecosystem.
- Contribute to the rollout of strategic IT initiatives,
including cloud architecture upgrades and cybersecurity
enhancements.
- Project & Process Collaboration:
- Support IT project management by providing technical insights
and managing key project components.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure
seamless IT system transitions.
- Develop and deliver training on cloud applications and IT
resources to boost user efficiency and system adoption.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems,
configurations, and IT procedures.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, issue
resolution, and project progress to support strategic
decision-making (KPI's).
- Additional Duties:
- Perform other related tasks as needed to support the IT
department's strategic goals and
initiatives.Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, or Related Field
preferred or equivalent experience
- Relevant industry certifications in networking, Azure, M365 or
cybersecurity is preferred; if not already certified, the candidate
must be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of
employment.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT and desktop support within
a small or medium business environment, demonstrating versatility
across networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user
support.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM systems (such as
Freshdesk or similar) to support efficient service management and
continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows, Windows Server,
and Office environments.
- Proven experience in managing cloud services-primarily
Microsoft SaaS solutions with a light Azure (IaaS)
footprint-including administration of Microsoft 365 Admin
Centers.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint
management, including compliance policy creation, configuration
profiles, and Windows Autopilot for streamlined device
provisioning.
- Availability for limited after-hours and weekend work as needed
emergencies. With 10% travel to our 3 USA Sites throughout the
year.
- Understanding of ERP systems such as NetSuite/Dynamics365 a
plus
- Exposure to Cybersecurity best practices and implementation,
preferably in a highly regulated environment. (preferred)

full-time position is $85,000-$100,000 + target annual bonus. Our
salary ranges are determined by a number of factors, including but
not limited to the role, location, job-related skills, relevant
education, experience and training. The range displayed on each job
posting reflects the target range for new hire base salary for the
position across all US locations and varies by the location of the
position. Our Talent team member can share more about our salary
ranges and other benefits of working at name of company, which are
not included in the posted base salary range.
