These values are embraced by our highly diverse and inclusive workforce.If this sounds like you, then why wait, APPLY TODAY!!Job OverviewSalary Range: $90 - $110KThis is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week in our La Jolla corporate officeThe core responsibility of the People Business Partner is building trusted and influential partnerships with leaders within the organization to execute the people strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.Job Duties:

• Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of people initiatives including employee relations, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and organizational design consultation.
• Serves as the subject matter expert leading talent lifecycle initiatives including performance management, merit, bonus, etc.
• Analyzes trends and metrics and partners with peers and COEs to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Acts as a change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation.
• Partners with leaders to grow the capacity of the organization's key talent to include high potential identification (via Talent Management) and associated development, etc.
• Evaluates business challenges while developing and recommending actionable solutions.
• Provides practical advice involving highly sensitive issues including, but not limited to performance management consultation, conflict management, interpretation of policies, and identifying coaching and development opportunities.Requirements:
  • 5 + years' experience in a People Business Partner or HR Business Partner role
  • Strong experience in employee relations
  • Experience working in a role that supported multiple field locations
  • Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with upper level and C-Suite management
  • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills
