Volt is immediately hiring a Hospitality Coordinator in SAN DIEGO, California 92121


As Hospitality Coordinator, you will be.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Seeking candidates who are responsible for printing, copying, scanning and helping maintain kitchens and coffee bars. They will also be delivering mail, sending out overnight packages and regular mail. Must have experience with copy/print and mail duties.
There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking. They are not required to lift over 50 lbs. Any heavy lifting is done with two people. Candidates should be a person with customer service experience is optimal. Some office experience but not necessary as they will be trained. Office and some hospitality is helpful.
Must be neat in appearance. No facial tats or that cannot be covered with clothing. Dress code is business casual. Slacks, and a polo shirt are fine. No tennis shoes. Parking is reimbursed and or provided.


The ideal candidate will have:
Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.
ABILITY TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, UTILIZING STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Some related copy job experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.

Pay range : $18-$22 Hourly
