About The Role:
As a CBRE Valuation Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing
team research efforts and preparing market information for
appraisal assignments.
This job is part of the Valuation function. They are responsible
for inspecting and determining the values of land, property, and
businesses.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Valuation Analyst position
is $41,600.00 annually [or $20.00 per hour] and the maximum salary
for the Valuation Analyst position is $47,500.00 annually [or
$22.84 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications,
and experience. This role will provide the following benefits:
