Due to recent growth, a reputable Public Accounting firm in the area is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team immediately! This is an in-office position and an amazing opportunity for someone passionate about tax management and looking to take their career to new heights. You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, and leading a team to grow.Tax Manager Responsibilities (please read thoroughly):

• Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients.
• Research and interpret complex tax regulations.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist in resolving tax-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions.Tax Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required or eligible.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in tax preparation and review.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team of tax professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.Tax Manager Compensation and Benefits:
    • $130,000-160,000/year + DOE and bonus opportunities.
    • 4 day (32 hour) weeks during slower seasons (Fridays off).
