• A minimum of 5 years of experience in control systems engineering and industrial automation systems integration
• Ability to lead / mentor a team of controls engineers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA programming
• Instrumentation configuration
• OSI Pi
• VFDs, I/Os
• Control systems testing and commissioning
• Wonderware / AVEVA experience strongly preferred
• Ability to travel at times
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
